What a lovely....

THANKSGIVING day we had.

First, Ronnie made me his Famous French Toast which Totally made my day! Then we headed for the Stock Family farm for a wonderful day of eating, watching some football and spending some much needed time together. I am so lucky! Lucky to have such a wonderful group of extended family.

I love you all so much!! It is such a treat to spend time for our nieces and nephews. I LOVED holding our newest additions Jack and Alina.....such beautiful little ones. They are both so sweet!!!!! Sending you all our love.





Mom Stock made a wonderful meal and we were all full and happy. HOWEVER we did miss the Romero's. Michael, Cindi, Lexi and Curtis.....can't wait to see you at Christmas.....

My THANKSGIVING Eve Challenge....

Outdoor Challenge...

that is my newest "get me some exercise" program :) brought to me by Wii. BUT man...holy moses......I think Wii is trying to kill me...or maybe I am just that sad and pathetically out of shape. It pooped me out.

I love Mole stomp...who knew that stepping on moles could be such a workout!!

Or how about some log jumping....

I have to admit I had alot of fun doing this......I kind of forget that I am actually getting exercise while doing it. Now I am on to the Marathon Event by the end of December. NO not a real Marathon a Wii Marathon :)

How the weeks do fly by....

I swear just like it was two hours ago, I was looking forward to watching the KSU/Nebraska Football game and then following it up with the conclusion of the NASCAR Nationwide Season, but it has already been a week! WOW...no way. This week has left me no time for bloggin or catching up. Two days I spent not feeling well and then had to pack up and leave for an auction in Kansas.

BUT the good news is. We are done with the auction. Home safe and sound and spending the day at our lake house, which it totally fine with me. I was hoping to get a jump on some holiday projects this weekend, but I have laundry, dishes and bags to unpack. Not to mention endless Creative Team stuff to catch up on and about a dozen emails to reply to.

OH well.....tonight is the Nationwide Banquet at which Clint Bowyer will offically receive his 2008 Championship Trophy and the much anticipated Oklahoma/Texas Tech game, which has HUGE implications for the Big 12 South...worth watching even though I don't know how I am going to function without my Huskers :)

I did manage to scan some older photos in this week that I have been meaning to save and eventually scrap, but in terms of the 100's of other projects....NOT so much.

I have been scanning in some older photos that I don't want to lose. I was reinspired by my Friend Rhonda King who posted some older photos of myself, her, T and Ron on her facebook. I reminded me how fun it is too look back and remember all the great times.

I am....

sort of happy............again what could have ended up as a crappy day for Clint Bowyer....ended up..well..OK. I am certainly happy to be a Clint fan and the result.....a 12th place. I am sooo OK with that...after the day he had.

WHOOOOOOO!!

The Huskers Won today over the Kansas Jayahawks.....that was a very enjoyable game. A good game...a well played game by the Huskers AND our injured Joe Ganz (our Quarterback)









In a weird twist....my favorite NASCAR driver just happens to be from Kansas and his favorite team...the Kansas Jayhawks!! Piled it up in the Nationwide race, but right now is having a great comeback. At one point had lost his Nationwide Championship lead, but seems to be a man on one hell of a mission.

AND here it is........

WRECKED......TO FOURTH!! I am one extremely proud Clint Bowyer fan today....now bring that Mojo over to tomorrow my friend.......and BRING HOME THAT NATIONWIDE championship next weekend. I will certainly be watching....I have to work on next Sunday which totally make me upset, but I want you to be that Nationwide Champion.....




There isn't one moment that I haven't said "Wow Kristin what a great choice for your driver"

A little sad...

at the same time being a little scared....for Clint Bowyer that is. There are only two more Nationwide Races and two more Sprint Cup races of the season. He is currently leading the Nationwide points race but by a slim margin. I am nervous for him. I would certainly like to see him win that title..in addition to having an excellent finish in the Sprint Cup Chase. So I'll watch the race tomorrow and see if he can hold on and pull away.......




..and I'll watch on Sunday to see if he can have another great finish!!

I have been sorting and sorting my final box of photos I needed to sort!! I am so sooooooo happy to have that done.....Happy days are here again!! Now if I could just finish my last box of Memorbilia done too......

No matter what...

Happened......yesterday at the Newman Grove Football State Playoff game.....I am very proud of Sheldon Boschen. It was such a great rush for me cheering for the team I cheered for most of my life. You played great!

It is such a great honor being an Aunt to you, Jessica, Seth, Alicia and Cassidy. I love you all to pieces.....I am sooooo proud of all of you.....

and....I am proud of you Shel. and look forward to the next couple of years......

Bluejay...always a Bluejay.....we had some kind of cheer like that in high school, about being a Bluejay till we die something or another. ANYWAY back to my post..........

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEWMAN GROVE BLUEJAY football team on winning their First Round state Football playoff game be defeating the FIRST Seated team!!!!! 24 to 18 was the Final Score of the Bluejays versus Eustis-Farnam. Not only am I a former Newman Grove Bluejay myself but the very proud Aunt of one Defensive lineman named Sheldon.

HOLY WIND SOCKS.......

is it windy windy windy out today. Currently we are under a High Wind Warning....it is like a Hurricane outside. Yesterday was soooo nice, but today....not so much. Anything that isn't tied down is probably gone. Good thing Ron went for the ole walk this morning cause right now it would just blow him around.

I manage to find something beautiful in my day...

Reality bites......

big time. The reality that today I spent the entire day cleaning up outside and packing away most of my "summer" stuff in lew of my homes winter outside face. Sad sad sad......but after scrubbing the floor in the camper, carrying in 11 baskets of crap out of the camper, and numerous outdoor activities including taking down my hanging baskets, cleaning off my deck and putting away the grill.....

The whole blame mess is now in my house. OH JOY!! Well except for the grill...and the hanging baskets they are still outside only now in the shed.

Now I am battling a cold house, feet that feel like ice and a BIG pile of pans out of the camper that are awaiting a good washing in the dishwasher....

So much for me going to bed early. I need my rest......a hair cut, lunch and some shopping tomorrow. I need a BIG ole plastic container for my camper supplies and some kittie cat food for the my meow girls.

It is time for me to throw in the towel and put a wrap on this day.....do with that...I bid you a goodnight!

In the Process....

Of Cleaning off my computer....I found a few photos that were buried on my External Drive....and I had to laugh when I found this one. HOLY BOXES...what a mess. This is my scrapbooking room (well half of it) and some of the many things I brought home from my office while cleaning it out. The good news is......it doesn't look like this today :)

My computer is driving me.....

NUTS....It is full of all kinds of CRAP. Plain ole junkola. I mean COME ON Kristin...why in the name of the lord do you need three folders with the same scrapbook files in them :)

So for the last two days I have done nothing but Clean off my computer, external drives and my cards. UGGHHHHHH. I will never let my computer get this full again! OMG it is terrible....and I am sure it will take me over a week to get this thing completely cleaned off and organized.

This is worse then my clothes closet :)

SO watch for more complaining from me about my crapola computer :)

OH CRAP....
